Welcome to Cloud 9 Knots! These terms explain the purchase and use of our digital crochet patterns and website content.

Digital Products

All products sold through this shop are digital crochet patterns, unless a listing expressly states otherwise. You are purchasing instructions to create an item, not a finished physical product. No physical item will be shipped.

Please review the product description, skill level, materials, and file details before purchasing.

Purchases and Delivery

Please provide an accurate email address at checkout so you can receive your order information and download instructions. Digital files become available after successful payment. If you have difficulty accessing your purchase, contact nicole@cloud9knots.com for assistance.

Prices may change without notice. Price changes do not affect completed purchases. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Refunds and Cancellations

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, except where required by law.

If your file is incorrect, damaged, or inaccessible, please contact us so we can help resolve the problem. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Copyright and Pattern Use

Cloud 9 Knots’ original patterns, written instructions, photographs, and other original website content are protected by copyright. Purchasing a pattern gives you permission to use the instructions to make the project; it does not transfer ownership of the pattern or its copyright.

You may save your purchased file and print a copy for your own use. You may not copy, share, upload, distribute, resell, or publish the pattern, its photographs, or substantial portions of its instructions without written permission, except as permitted by law. This includes translations distributed to others.

Selling Finished Items

You are welcome to sell finished items you personally make using Cloud 9 Knots patterns. Please credit the pattern design to Nicole Mansfield of Cloud 9 Knots in your product listing or on an attached tag. For online listings, please include a link to cloud9knots.com.

Please use your own photographs to sell your finished items. Permission to sell finished items does not include permission to copy, share, distribute, or resell the pattern itself.

Pattern Support and Results

We aim to provide clear, accurate instructions. Finished results may vary depending on yarn, hook size, tension, and individual technique. Please check gauge and sizing information where provided.

Safe Use of Finished Projects

Please choose materials and finishing methods appropriate for the intended recipient and use. Take particular care with small parts, attachments, and items intended for babies or children. A crochet pattern is not a product safety certification.

Website Use and Privacy

Please use this website lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its operation or access customer information without authorization.

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our separate Privacy Policy.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms as our shop changes. Updates will be posted here with a revised date. Changes will not retroactively remove rights associated with an earlier purchase.
